Applications & configuration

• Crushing and sorting are configured for feedstock and target outputs.
• Can incorporate condensation collection and exhaust-gas treatment.
• After pre-treatment, materials enter the crushing and sorting stages.

Feedstock and process configuration

Pre-treatment is selected for battery chemistry, construction, liquid content and processing goals, followed by a configured combination of baking, crushing and separation. The sequence, feeding arrangement and capacities depend on feedstock and the selected route.

Baking connects to gas collection for condensable-component recovery and subsequent solids processing. Temperature, residence requirements and throughput are defined for the feedstock and technical scheme.

Condensation recovery and exhaust treatment

Condensable vapours released during baking and related operations are collected and sent to a condenser. Condensable components are recovered from the gas stream; liquids are collected and the remaining gas passes to the corresponding exhaust treatment stages.

Condensation temperature, gas flow and downstream treatment are selected for the gas composition. Collected liquid is tested for composition and suitability to determine its subsequent treatment and use.

Crushing, separation and output routes

Solids pass through mechanical crushing, screening and other physical separation stages to collect powder, copper/aluminium foil, casing and separator fractions. Separation and transport equipment are selected for particle size, material properties and output targets.

Dust recovery, condensate collection and exhaust treatment are planned alongside solids handling. Output routes depend on composition and downstream recovery requirements. Yield, purity and recovery performance are established for the relevant feedstock and project tests.
