Collection pipework and filtration
Extraction equipment, collection ducts, filtration and dust collectors connect to crushing and sorting stations. Ducts carry dust-laden air to the treatment units, where filters and dust separators remove particles.
Pre-filtration, intermediate and high-efficiency stages can be combined for the operating conditions. Filter stages, media, airflow and discharge methods depend on dust characteristics, loading and process requirements.
Recovered dust and exhaust treatment
Collected dust is directed according to its composition and downstream process requirements. Automatic controls reduce manual collection tasks, while discharge, cleaning, filter inspection and maintenance remain necessary.
Particle filtration and gaseous-component treatment are configured separately. Other gas components require appropriate downstream treatment, and emissions are assessed against project design conditions and test results.
