About Jiuda

Jiuda Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was registered in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, in July 2015. Guided by a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence, the company develops custom automation equipment and combines information technology with systems integration to provide manufacturing solutions grounded in on-site industrial engineering improvements and lean production. Our work starts with conditions on the factory floor and returns to practical application, helping customers improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The company has more than 40 employees. The team includes three engineers with deputy-senior professional titles and more than ten years of on-site improvement experience in industrial engineering (IE) and lean production, as well as over 20 engineers with intermediate professional titles and more than five years of application development experience. More than ten engineering and technical staff hold senior technician qualifications in on-site diagnosis, installation and commissioning.

By July 2025, Jiuda had served more than 100 customers. Over ten years of steady development, the company has gained extensive experience in intelligent equipment development and project implementation, completing major custom intelligent equipment and full-line systems integration projects. Jiuda has supplied complete equipment sets to organisations including Lenovo in Shenzhen, Midea in Chongqing, Huawei, TCL in Zhongshan, Schneider Electric in Guangzhou, the Sixth Aerospace Academy, the automotive data centre in Tianjin, and the Shenzhen Garrison of the People’s Liberation Army.

In 2017, Jiuda completed a fully automated 18650 module PACK line for BAK in Shenzhen. In 2018, the company developed, manufactured, installed and delivered battery pack disassembly and end-of-life battery mechanical crushing equipment for Qiantai Energy, completing acceptance procedures and receiving a Shenzhen innovation and entrepreneurship project award in the same year. In 2019, Jiuda completed an integrated vehicle dismantling, battery pack disassembly and mechanical crushing line project for Paersen in Shaanxi. From 2020 to 2025, the company completed supporting equipment projects for listed second-life battery enterprises, including Duofuduo in Jiaozuo, Yipai in Ganzhou, Delong in Shandong and HIGGSE in Shandong.

Jiuda has developed a product range focused on equipment for processing retired traction batteries from new energy vehicles. It includes battery pack disassembly lines, PACK production lines, precision pack disassembly lines for housing and cell separation, and complete supporting equipment for CTP/CTM battery pack disassembly. The company serves the retired EV battery aftermarket with professional engineering expertise and quality products.
