Components and workflow
TF cards are microSD memory cards. The machine combines material racks, a tray-loading mechanism, controls and electrical systems. Feeding, handling and positioning mechanisms place cards in assigned tray positions, followed by configured full-tray output and collection.
Inspection can check placement, count and mechanism status. Card orientation, tray pockets and pitch, feed capacity and tray exchange are configured for the project. A batch loading quantity is not the production rate.
Controls, protection and maintenance
Controls coordinate the actuators and can include overload, overcurrent, overheating, limit and motion-feedback protection. Protection functions and settings must match the electrical and mechanical configuration; operation and replenishment follow site requirements.
Changes in card or tray format require checking handling fixtures, trays and programs. The machine arrangement allows cleaning, maintenance and access to mechanisms requiring replacement or adjustment.
