Roller-loop disassembly and robotic handling line
Roller-loop transport connects disassembly stations with robotic picking and transfer.
Transport and disassembly stations
A roller-loop conveyor links pack positioning, casing and connector processing, and module or cell separation. Robots work with dedicated grippers to handle packs and removed parts.
Casing stations can use cutting or other separation tools matched to the pack construction. Robot payloads, gripping methods and transfers are defined by pack dimensions, weight and the site logistics route.
Inspection, routing and downstream assembly
Separated cells can proceed to visual or sensor inspection, followed by classification, sequencing and collection. Electrical performance assessment requires its own test equipment and is separate from visual inspection.
For second-life projects, cells meeting the target product requirements can enter downstream PACK assembly for grouping, connection, enclosure assembly and pack testing. These are downstream options that can connect to the disassembly line.
