Applications and materials
The equipment is primarily intended for lithium battery welding and can also process small precision metal components. Listed materials include gold alloys, platinum, titanium, silver, beryllium steel, nickel, aluminium, magnesium and stainless steel; process selection depends on material combinations, thickness and joint geometry.
Applications include complex assemblies and precision components in automotive manufacturing, electronics, medical devices and aerospace. Fixtures and welding parameters are selected for each product.
Galvanometer scanning principle
The laser source generates the beam. Two mutually perpendicular mirrors in the galvanometer system steer it across the weld area, following the programmed welding path.
Equipment and controls
The machine comprises a laser source, galvanometer system, worktable, power supply and controls. The table supports the workpiece and provides X/Y motion, while the control system coordinates machine operation and welding.
