Double-speed chain conveyor line
Fixture pallets carry products between disassembly stations, with lifts transferring empty pallets to the lower return level.
Applications & configuration
- The upper level conveys products and pallets between workstations.
- Lifts connect the upper working level to the lower empty-pallet return.
Pallet transport and return
After a product is loaded onto the pallet at the upper lift level, the release button sends the product and pallet to the next station. Once disassembly is complete, the empty pallet enters the lift, transfers to the lower return level and circulates back to loading.
