18650 automatic module PACK line
Connect cell feeding, positioning, grouping, welding, testing and output for batch module assembly.
Line structure and assembly stages
The line combines cell feeding, positioning and assembly, automatic welding, testing and packaging/output units. Cells are tested and grouped for the product, arranged in fixtures, and then connected by welding and subsequent assembly.
Module specifications are defined by the series/parallel arrangement, holders, connectors and fixtures. Changeover combines program adjustments with suitable fixtures, connectors and station equipment for the required pack format.
Rated throughput and test configuration
The scheme specifies a rated throughput of 22,400 individual cells per hour. Finished module or pack output depends on cells per assembly, module structure, parallel stations, weld requirements and test configuration.
Voltage and resistance measurements can be integrated with production. Capacity evaluation is performed by the corresponding test equipment or incoming-cell test process. Conditions, cycle times and records are defined separately rather than assumed to share one online rate.
Operation and changeover
Controls and sensors coordinate conveying, assembly and welding and allow operating settings to be configured for the product. Operators manage feedstock, replenishment, changeovers, supervision and exceptions; automation scope follows the supplied configuration.
