Loading and module disassembly
A conveyor feeds cylindrical modules into the disassembly area. Robots or dedicated mechanisms work with fixtures to process housings, connections and cell separation. The sequence and tools are configured for the module structure, cell arrangement and connection method.
Automated stations reduce manual transfers between operations. Feedstock checks, supervision and exception handling remain part of site operation. Line capacity depends on feedstock variation, fixture changes and station cycle times.
Cell sorting and output
Separated cells are conveyed to testing and sorting, where selected measurements determine routing. Different grades and unsuitable cells are collected separately and transferred to assigned collection areas.
Projects requiring cell-level barcode association and central data upload can select a disassembly and sorting configuration with barcode identification and data management. Tests and sorting rules are defined by the downstream process or target product requirements.
