Vacuum extraction, filtration and collection for pack cooling-circuit pre-treatment or servicing.
Extraction and collection
The equipment connects to the pack cooling circuit and uses a vacuum pump to extract coolant and gas through pipework, filtration and collection devices. Connectors, collection volume and extraction settings are selected for the cooling circuit.
Pre-disassembly processing focuses on removing and collecting coolant so residual liquid does not interfere with downstream stations. Filters retain relevant contaminants; filter condition, pipe seals and collection vessels require maintenance.
Service configuration and integration
For cooling-system maintenance, water circulation, temperature control and refill interfaces can be selected. Vacuum evacuation, circuit maintenance and refilling are separate options configured for the dismantling or maintenance task.
Selection requires coolant type, circuit volume, connector details, planned throughput, and arrangements for collected-liquid handling.
